PantryPal does not provide medical or nutritional advice. All recipes and expiry suggestions are informational only. Always check food safety guidelines and consult a professional for dietary needs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

PantryPal is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Health or dietary consequences
• Inaccurate expiry predictions or spoiled food

9. AI Features and Data Processing

a) AI Service Providers and Data Sharing

To provide AI Features, we share certain information with third-party AI service providers including OpenAI and Meta.

b) AI Limitations and Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• AI Features are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated suggestions
• AI responses are generated based on patterns in data and may not always be appropriate for your specific situation
• The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect responses

c) Data Usage by AI Providers

Your data shared with AI providers is:

• Used solely to process your queries and generate responses
• Subject to the AI providers' data processing agreements with us & their terms & conditions & privacy policy.
